I wanted to write this letter to say thank you for the wonderful job you did in managing the building of our new home. When my husband Frank first mentioned to me that you would be running this project, I really had no idea the extent of the work you would be doing for us. I truly thought you were just going to be someone to keep my husband company while he spent a never ending amount of time renovating our home. Frank and I discussed for a long time the various dreams we shared of what our home would be and you, Tony, made them ALL come true.

From the day that you and I met, I knew in an instant you would take care of us and you were the right choice. You directed us step by step from choosing the windows and doors, the plumbing fixtures, the kitchen and bath design and so on. Each of the contractors and vendors that you put us in touch with surpassed our expectations of professionalism and the quality of their work. From the framer and the electrician, to the plumber and the floor guy, the stair designer, the tile guy, HVAC workers, and those in between, all were so pleasant to work with and all had a hand in turning this once run down house into a beautiful home. Beginning with that very first day, Frank and I felt as though you were building a home for your family, because of the care and attention to every detail, small and large, and because of the interaction with each trade to make sure they gave 110% and because you took every measure to ensure the quality and safety of our new home would stand for many decades to come.

Along the way you made suggestions to us for decisions we never realized we would have to make, but with the confidence you proudly display, last minute decisions were made with ease. Your dedication to not only our new home but to our family was one that caught us by surprise. The amount of time you took each day, the promise you kept, your attention to detail, your ability to save us money and your determination to finish this project in such a short amount of time, will not be forgotten. It will be highly recommended to anyone who inquires.

Tony, your commitment to our home was quickly recognized and made this a project for us to enjoy. It was a thrill to walk in each day to see the huge amount of progress. There were just a couple of days that we walked in to what we thought was a major problem, but you explained it was just the "issue of the day" and you handled each of them effortlessly and with great patience. Your knowledge of each industry trade, your loyal relationship with each contractor and vendor, your expertise in the town's rules and regulations and your vision of what we were expecting, all makes you a master at what you do.
